Don’t listen to me, listen to Chris Cuomo and Mike Rowe!

Last night, I had one of the coolest experiences of my life. I was invited to join a taping of a special edition episode on News Nation with Chris Cuomo and his guest, Mike Rowe. Man, it was a great episode! They had successful tradespeople telling their stories, an educator talking about how she’s encouraging students in her school to go into the trades, and they showcased a pretty cool trades school in New York that is doing great things for its students.

I was lucky enough that they pointed to me to answer one of the questions from the audience, and I got to talk about opportunities for people entering the trades.

It’s great to know there are people like Chris Cuomo and Mike Rowe out there supporting and encouraging the trades. We definitely need more people out there advocating for us!
